PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
RC-145 Acetoxy Silicone Sealant is an anti-bacterial, single component, acetic cure silicone sealant, which cures to atmospheric moisture and forms a high strength waterproof seal. It is multipurpose silicone sealant specially formulated for sanitary applications due to its flexible gap sealing capabilities and powerful anti-fungicide property to prevent mold/bacteria growth. Product has an excellent adhesion to glass, glazed surfaces and galvanized metals, plastics, tiles, wood, concrete and other building materials.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The substrate areas that will be in contact with sealant must be clean, dry, and free of all loose materials, dust, dirt, rust, oil, and other contaminants. Non – porous substrates should be cleaned with a solvent and a clean, lint – free, cotton cloth. Wipe dry immediately with another such cloth before the solvent evaporates from the surface
